Payment:
All orders must be pre-paid prior to shipment from our facility. We accept VISA, MASTER CARD. We do not accept credit cards when the products are shipped out of the country. Wire transfers are available for all national and international sales. In addition, C.O.D. (cashiers check on delivery) are subject to a 3% fee
from the total sales price.
Shipment and Damaged Merchandise:
- Freight charges are not refundable unless the item was shipped to you in error.
- The shipping charges to return the item(s) to us will be your responsibility.
- We take pride in our careful crating of the carts and shipment of our products. However, if shipment arrives damaged, refuse delivery. In this rare case, we will ship replacement at no additional cost to you and we will be responsible for all freight claims.
Shipping Time:
- Most hot carts in stock are shipped out within one to three business days depending on the crating department schedule.
- We estimate 5 to 7 business days for delivery, however factors beyond our control may affect the delivery date.
- Freight companies do not count day of pickup, weekends or holidays as shipping days.
- For international deliveries, please contact a sales assistant.
Returns:
- Freight charges to return products to us are your responsibility unless the item was shipped to you in error.
- All non-authorized returns or packages not indicating a valid return authorization number on the package will be rejected.
- All items returned must be in a saleable condition. Product must be new and unused condition.
- Items purchase from the "Hot Deals" or the "Dent and Scratch" are a final sales and are not returnable or refundable.
Cancelled Orders:
All orders cancelled prior to shipment will be subject to a 3% cancellation fee. Orders cancelled after shipment will be subject to the policies listed above.
Limited Warranty:
Limited Warranty defects in materials and workmanship in the manufactured product for a period of six (6) months from the date of the purchase of the product by the original purchaser.
Restrictions apply.
Any alterations to the purchased vending cart, product and/or equipment will void the warranty.
Any product not manufactured by VenDog, shall assume no liability arising from the use or misuse operation of the product purchased from us.
If it is determined that repair is necessary, we will ship any require part(s) to you. All parts are sent via UPS Ground with an option for pay for an express shipping method. A labor reimbursement fee may be based on the manufacturer's rate schedule for that specific repair.
Health Code Regulations:
It is strongly recommended that state, local health and zoning codes be researched prior to ordering. We will not be held responsible and/or liable for purchases made without prior code approval. Custom Orders:
- Custom orders of any vending cart(s), must be approved by your State and/or local health and zoning departments prior to placing your order.
- All custom orders are not refundable.
- Custom orders required a 50% nonrefundable deposit and final payment is required
prior to the shipment of the final product.
- Custom orders are usually shipped out within 3 to 4 weeks.
